Laurie Powell

Laurie Powell DOM, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M., M.S.O.Mis licensed by the Texas
State Medical Board in the practice of Acupuncture. She graduated with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Academy of Oriental Medicine in Austin in 2005. This program included extensive studies in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology and other forms of Oriental Medicine. Laurie Powell also holds a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of North Texas. She went on to obtain additional training and licensee as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine in New Mexico. She is a diplomate in oriental medicine and an advanced NAET practitioner specializing in allergies, digestive disorders and emotional issues.
